BPT, Came’ and Urbaco Systems certified partners, as our company technicians have been trained in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and support of the BPT Intercom and Came’ product range of security and intercommunication equipment.
Urbaco: we are also the only company in Australia to be trained and certified by Urbaco for the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and support of the Urbaco hydraulic and pneumatic Bollard Systems.
As a certified partner, we have the complete technical backing of all the product manufacturers and distributors.
Total Concept Security provides a Two (2) year workmanship warranty on equipment and cabling installed by our trained and accredited technicians.
InnerRange: All InnerRange Concept equipment supplied and installed by Total Concept Security is covered by a full manufacturer’s Two (2) year warranty.
Samsung: All Samsung Closed Circuit TV equipment supplied and installed by Total Concept Security are covered by a full manufacturer’s Five (5) year warranty.
All warranties become invalid if the security system or components are tampered with, damaged by electrical storms, or altered by persons not authorised by Total Concept Security.
Class 5 System Accreditation
Apart from being an InnerRange Accredited Dealer and Beta Tester, we are very proud to announce that our company is one of a very select few companies trained and certified in the Installation, Commissioning and Servicing of the InnerRange Infinity Class 5 Encrypted Security Systems.
The Infinity Class 5 systems are a High Security, completely Encrypted from End to End system complying with Class 5 of the Australian and New Zealand Security Standards AS/NZS2201. The systems are restricted and specified for use in High-Security Government and Military installations.
Workmanship And Warranty
Security Master Licence in NSW in accordance with the Security Industry Act, 1997, issued by the New South Wales Police Force.
ASIAL : For the peace of mind of all our clients, our companies’ operations have been audited by ASIAL, and as a result, we have obtained our ASIAL Corporate Compliance Certification in accordance with the Security Industry Act, 1997.
Our fully qualified, ASIAL registered and licensed Security Technicians, who are employees of Total Concept Security (and not subcontractors) and holders of current ACMA (Australian Communications & Media Authority, formerly Austel) Cabling licenses, will perform the complete system installation. The system installation will conform to Australian Standards AS/NZS2201, and only Austel/ACMA approved components and cabling will be used.
Our Company is 100% Australian owned and operated and is a Gold member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited, (ASIAL).

InnerRange Certified: Our Company, Total Concept Security Pty Limited, employs InnerRange Certified and Advanced Certified Technicians for systems installation and programming.
We also employ “InnerRange Advanced Software Endorsed Technicians” and this is the highest level of Accreditation currently available for the InnerRange Products.
Our employees also hold current certification for the installation, use and training of AcceptNet and the InnerRange Insight, Concept 4000 and Integriti along with Infinity Class 5 System Management Software.
We are an InnerRange Accredited Dealer for all InnerRange Concept, Inception, Integriti and Infiniti Products. This means, that our company and staff have been trained and tested to ensure that when we install an InnerRange system, we will provide our client with the best possible security solution based on our product knowledge and experience, with the complete backup and support of the manufacturer, InnerRange.
Due to our knowledge and experience with the InnerRange Systems, our Company, has been and is still involved with InnerRange, in the Beta/pre-production testing of all InnerRange products prior to being released for sale to the public and other installation companies.
We install these products and software on test sites, and put them through their paces, under load to ensure that they work and operate correctly. We also look for and identify any bugs which may be existing in the beta products.
Challenger Security and Access Control Systems: We also employ trained and certified Tecom Challenger Technicians who are proficient in the installation and commissioning of all Challenger Security and Access Control Systems.
Our technicians are also certified with the installation, use and training of the Titan and Security Commander, System Management Software.
